Locking Access Panels for Mobile & Manufactured Homes

Lockable skirting and wall access for manufactured homes.

Install a locking hatch in your mobile home skirting or exterior wall for plumbing access, winterization valves, or cable pass-throughs. Keeps critters out and access locked down.

Which size? The Large door gives more reach for valves under the home. The Small door suits cable pass-throughs.

Mobile Homes — FAQ

Can I mount it in vinyl skirting?

+

Yes. Vinyl skirting is thin, so add a plywood or PVC backer panel behind the opening and fasten through the skirting into the backer.

Which size should I buy?

+

Both rectangular doors use a 4-7/8" wide opening. The Small door needs a 5-1/8" tall opening; the Large door needs a 6" tall opening for a little more room to reach in or pass bulkier plugs and fittings. If you want more than one opening, the Small 2-Pack and 3-Pack are keyed alike.
